The Cappadocian landscape is ideal for horse riding: there are completely flat trails for beginners, but also rough terrain, hills and narrow paths for more experienced and adventurous riders. And if you remember that the very name Cappadocia means “The Land of Beautiful Horses,” then you understand that you should definitely plan at least an hour-long horseback ride. For such trips, I recommend the Love Valley – it is an easy, but at the same time very picturesque route. You can enjoy the views and the tranquility of the valley, and take many impressive photos against the backdrop of the monumental stone pillars and the smooth white slopes. There is a small cafe on the route, so you will have a chance to drink Turkish tea or coffee, as well as fresh orange or pomegranate juice.
